The Ingalls Memorial Pharmacy Department has earned the prestigious American Society of Health-System Pharmacists Center of Excellence designation.
This national recognition, considered the pharmacy equivalent of Magnet recognition in nursing, honors organizations that demonstrate excellence in medication safety, patient care, innovation and professional practice. The many-months-long process included a comprehensive document review, an intensive on-site visit by expert pharmacy leaders and a final review by the ASHP Pharmacy Practice Accreditation Commission.
