UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial Hospital is participating in the Wisdom Study, a national research effort aimed at determining if cancer screening can be more effective by personalizing each woman’s mammogram schedule.
The goal of the 5 year study is to bring together 100,000 diverse women across the US to find the safest and most effective way to detect breast cancer.
