Comprehensive Cancer Care
The Comprehensive Cancer Care program champions equitable, community-centered oncology care through:
-
Local access to clinical trials and cutting-edge research
-
Nutrition and wellness services that support patients’ holistic health
-
Educational initiatives to empower patients and families
Healthy Baby Network
The Healthy Baby Network is a vital outreach effort aimed at improving maternal and infant health outcomes in the Southland area. It does so through timely prenatal care access, educational programming, infant safety initiatives, and meaningful community events.
Nutrition Stations
The Nutrition Stations at Ingalls Memorial Hospital offer free, nutritious food to all oncology patients and their families, eliminating barriers to nutritional wellness during cancer treatment. Since 2021, over 11,700 patients and their families have benefited from this initiative, distributing more than 77,000 pounds of food at no cost to recipients.
